I would like to inform you that I purchased Realme GT Master Edition under order ID OD123004923030180000 on dated 02.10.2021 from Flipkart. Same was deliver to me by Courier partner on dated 05.10.2021. On dated 08.10.2021, I arise a replacement request for the same with replacement request No. 12102304925485480085
After Wait of the same flipkart reject my replacement without any reason share to me. I arise a fresh request again and again with replacement request ID`s as under :-

12202311466911096007 dated 15.10.2021
with many Incident Id`s as under :-

everytime company reject my replacement without and reason telling to me and flipkart blocked my flipkart ID sean.vijay@gmail.com without and reason. As per replacement policy of Flipkart there are only 7days replacement period for the customer after delivery of product, we are also near to this. Now I have no longer my flipkart ID that I can arise a fresh replacement request. Company asking me share my personal details like my Aadhaar Card, Pan Card etc. without any reason which was also shared by me as per company requirement (Which was not described into Company replacement policy). On dated 02.05.2021 Company reject my replavement request with Incident no IN2104282241449629957.
I had not get the resolution and flipkart had Blocked my ID without any Notice.
Fine take the Product back and clear my refund I will not shop from Flipkart and Recommend all the family and friends not to buy from Flipkart
So, kindly look into the matter
