I have an account with my11circle a fantasy gaming company, I have completed all the kyc & necessary documentation. some days ago I won some money on it. suddenly my account was blocked by the company due to security reason, now I am not able to play cash contest, add cash or withdraw money. Several mail communication was done from last 20 days they have send some system generated mail with complain ticket no, on the next day they again send a mail that my ticket no problem has been solved. But till to day the problem was not solved. There are Rs 8536/- is blocked by them in my wallet. I can see this but not withdraw
