Dear sir/ma’am
I have travolook wallet balance of 3823. BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO USE THAT MONEY TO BOOK MY FLIGHT OR REDEEM IT IN MY ACCOUNT I AM CONTINUOUSLY CALLING THEIR CUSTOMER CARE FROM LAST 1 and half week BUT THEY ARE SAYING TRY AFTER 24 HOURS NOW I AM VERY MUCH FRUSTRATED. I NEED TO BOOK FLIGHT FOR SOMETHING URGENT. ITS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO YOU KINDLY LOOM INTO THIS MATTER.
