Dear Sir,
I had redeemed my SBI Credit card’s reward point to Croma e-voucher (CV71HYRK44) of Rs 5000 to buy some online product. The credit has messaged me the e-voucher No. However, in the online payment portal of croma this voucher is not accepting and showing the error voucher not found. I tried to contact contact customer service, however, there phone is mostly non-operational or they are telling to go to the store. There is no store in our state and under this type of present pandemic situation it is very difficult to go to the store, they may also tell the same thing at the store. Most surprising thing is for utilizing e-voucher I need to go physically, then what is the use of e-voucher? During the redeem nowhere it is mentioned clearly that it can not be used for online purchase. The SBI Cards customer care also I am unable to talk, as they have all automated options, no option to speak to a customer care person. So, the SBI cards should send back the reward points in my account or they should credit Rs. 5000 in my account. Mostly the tie-up sites are fraud for online purchase. Kindly take some necessary action.
