I am not able to pay for a Rapido Auto online using their wallet option though I have enough balance. Such an option is not enabled and cash is the only mode allowed and I am not able to utilise the amount lying in their wallet nor they have option of withdrawing the amount.In my city their bike service is not available. I need a solution for this either they should enable the wallet option for auto rides, cab rides or return back my wallet amount to my bank account.
Their customer service mode is also not user friendly

Same experience, I too have enough balance,but its not enabled to use, only cash is allowed.
