I have 2171 rupees in myairtel wallet, i am not able to use it either for recharge or for any other transactions. Tried calling customer care executive, they are not at all concerned and always giving me another number for complaints. Visited myairtel store, the employees started blurting nonsense words and ridiculed me while laughing at words. I get it that you cnt help but this kind of behaviour towards customers is…. I need my money back. Its been 1 month already. I am sick of the airtel network, its nonsense customer care executives, very bad services, i thought previously airtel is a good network service, but thanks to airtel company and its employees that they changed my mind.
