I have moved my Airtel number from Prepaid to Postpaid on 29 Nov 2019. From the day one mobile data is not working. I have reported the issue on 29 Nov 2019 to the airtel customer care and they ensured the issue will be resolved by 9 AM on 3 dec 2019, which is still not resolved as on date 4 dec 2019. I reported the issue to the nodal officer and appleate team also still there is no action. Kindly help and do the needful.
