Myself Shafique Alam, mobile no – 8285625254,

I am not able to use the mobile data since January-2018, I have registered so many request regarding the same but Airtel is not providing any kind of solution, instead they are simply replying that wait for some time, we are trying to resolve, but not resolved even after 4-5 months.

 

Many times I had requested them that if it is not being resolved, then please reduce my monthly changes as we are unable to use the data, or provide me any such plan which is without any data .
