Not able to login due to invalid OTP issue due to technical error and thus not able to use cashback accrued in my account.
Daily made complaint since last 33 days either through customer care, email, escalation department for same but nothing is fruitful yet
Also suggest options to transfer cashback to another number but that also not done by officer
Either transfer to another number or resolve this matter in 2 day or will go to file compansation sue.
