It’s almost 2month I am not able to use my internet facility on my phone no. 9878810253.
I had raised the complaint on 28th March 2019
With complaint no. 31/1328033601848
But instead of that every time when we call to know our status of complaint on 198 customer care executive say us they had exclated the problem and will let us know after it resolve. No time frame they are providing earlier they was saying it will take 24 hrs to resolve. Till date I am facing this issue.
As this is a kind of harassment . We as a family having 6 Airtel connection But by looking such type of behavior from your end we are thinking to port our numbers. Please help in the same or we have to file our case to consumer court as we are paying for the services which we are not getting.
