I have already registered a complaint about my problem on 14-09-20, its been a week still no process initiated and i lost all my data and receiving calls , not able to contact direct customer care service, ivr is not at all helpful , very disappointed with the service, atleast port change msg was also not delivering fron the service , i have a balance validity till nov 14 still facing issues with the service, please resolve the problem as early as possible .
