I see that its a ongoing issue of flipkart that they are fooling customer on giving buyback plans on products and not fulfilling it by showing a error message. This is theft. I am facing the same issue and heard from many customers that they also have faced the same issue from years and its not solved by flipkart inspite of many followups via customers. Someone needs to take immediate action on this.
