I have Airtel Broadband connection for 3 years, plan contains subscription to Amazon prime renewed every year. On August 2021 subscription got renewed i paid Rs.999 during September 21. I am not able to use Amazon services from september 21, i complained many times, even to CEO team there is no response. Customer care and even ceo team members just give false assurances and nonsolution provided. They just pass the bucks on amazon they just dont work ultimately.
