As subjected , the issue is from last 20 days, i raised a ticket on 23rd which got closed on 28th without any conversation email/call or sms. Even if customer is not reachable or cannot pick the call can’t they give a notification ..
I am using updated Airtel thanks app on my phone, phone is 4g compliant , restarted , tried selecting 4g network but cannot connect , turned on/off network preference and Volte.

I appeal to get an extension of same amount of days since it is not working .. I couldn’t use even 200 mb of data since mid of August.

Dialing 121 is waste of 30 minutes ,, it keeps telling me about my current pack and all , which a customer is not even concerned.. People are smart now they know about all that they need direct line to atleast speak to someone. This pathetic, very disappointed from AIRTEL.
