Hi Team,

As, We 3 people are from IT background as for all office work we require unlimited data to complete the work.But As I have limited plans earlier as it was not used much but now due to covid-19 we are WFH .So we dont have that much availaibilty of data for our office work.Its getting tuff to work with this limited amount of data.I tried calling customer care,wrote email but no response.As per guidelines,I tried through Thanks Airtel App but to upgrade plan there is no feature it shows and no service plan for unlimited data.

I am your valuable customer as  well as a gold member seeking your help for this issue asap.

I require unlimited plans data sheet for broadband connection.So that I can choose the plan accordingly for 6 months or  for a year.

Please take this case as urgent and expedite
