I am trying to update my email ID on my airtel number. But i am not able to do that. I tried with the SMS method, then tried with the airtel thanks app, also, gone through 121 call but it does not connects to customer care consecutive

Airtel 121 is really a harassment
It is matter of time when criminals would be punished by asking them to call 121 and get desired result
God knows what Airtel is gaining in harrasing its own customers
Facing same issue. Any update on your case?
I am also facing the same (I need email id linked for eSIM). Thinking of getting rid of airtel sim altogether, it is useless.

Did you get it fixed? Even I am facing same issue.
I am also faced same issue but I have written a mail to 121@in.airtel.com and they responded and my mail update request got accepted.if u want u can try like that and see.
How much time do they take to reply back?
