I am trying to update my email ID on my airtel number. But i am not able to do that. I tried with the SMS method but they replied This service is currently not available kindly call 121 to update your email ID, then tried to call 121 & 198 but they are not connecting my call to customer support executive. The reason they are not connecting my call is that my recharge is expired, and I am unable to recharge my no. from airtel thanks wallet.
