For the last three months, I’m unable to send text messages from my Airtel mobile no. 7358566143 and I contacted your customer service more than 20 times. Till date the issue is not resolved.
Recent complaint nos are as follows:
a) CLSMS3CHN20201217946978 dated 17 Dec 2020
– Asked to wait till 28 Dec 2020
b) 20201230831100 dated 30 Dec 2020
– Asked to wait till 72 hrs
c) 20210118114228 dated 18 Jan 2021
– Asked to wait till 72 hrs
Till date i’m not able to send text message from my mobile no. and airtel not resolved
