I have been an airtel user from many days. After the recent tariff hike I noticed that I am not able to send any SMS.

I have a voice plan active with validity. I have additional amount available in my main balance account. Inspite of this I am not able to send SMS.

I tried to call the Cx service. However I do not have any answer. They are telling me to recharge with unlimited plan. I am not asking for anything extra. When I already have amount in my account why are u forcing me to recharge. Besides now there is no SMS pack aswell.

This is a cheap trick used by airtel to loot people money. If you are having good subscribers doesn’t mean that you can bully and monopolize your service to such low extent. You have crossed all bars of shamelessness. Absolutely hurtful and disappointing.
