Hi,
airtel is bounding people to make a higher recharge amount to continue send sms on any number and im not able to send sms if i recharge my phone with 49 or 79 recharge. I am bounded to do a min 129 recharge for sending port sms. Even though i have more than main balance than needed to send a sms.
Can they bound us to that.
i ask customers care, they told me that’s an order from trai.
i dont think trai will do anything like this.
please help me out to find out more.
and i dont think someone can bound us to give them money even though we are leaving them because of the worst services provided by them.
