I recharged my phone on 12th May ,2022 for 365 days plan for Rs 1799 with Airtel.
YESTERDAY I WANTED TO SEND SMS TO A BANK NUMBER BUT IT GAVE A MESSAGE THAT:
Failed to send message.Review message and try again.
Contacted 121,198 and each said my balance is zero.-121 said that my usage is 14374/3600 for sms.
This is ridiculous.This will imply that i have sent about 320 messages per day from 12th May ,2022 to 27 June ,2022(till yesterday 45days duration)
My Airtel thanks App says my balance is valid till 563 days,unlimited calls and 93.9 GB data,Though it does not mention anything about SMSs
So Airtel is not allowing me to send messages because of exceeding the limit of 3600 SMSs. As i said it is impossible to send 320 messages in a period of 45 days from 12th May ’22 to27th May’22 .
It is requested that the error in counting the sms may please be arranged to get rectified immediately to enable me to send sms from my regitered mobile number to my bank.
