Hello sir/Madam
I have been trying to contact airtel from almost a year to resolve my issue regarding the SMS service. I’m not able to send mesages to any number even though I have SMS pack or Unlimited pack of airtel.
From 3 months I have started traking seriously and here are my Complaint numbers which I have been registered to them
1. The Service Req. No.for your Airtel No. is CLSMS3BLR20210922062724,registered on 22-sep-2021 18:05.We will update you the status by 27-SEP-21
2.The Service Req. No.for your Airtel No. CLSMS3BLR20211016633483,registered on 16-oct-2021 11:31.We will update you the status by 20-OCT-21
At last I have also registered a complaint to nodal office and the service request number is CLSMS3BLR20211203615816
