Even though I am having balance in my account, as I have done small recharge of 79rs I am not able to send SMS. I received a SMS which says I will not receive messages as well even though I do recharge of rs79. There should be a minimum recharge amount with which I should be able to have incoming and outgoing calls and SMS.
