Dear Sir/Madam,

Good morning.
I am a very very old customer and my Subscriber ID: 1009423284.
I am unable to see my channels due to Cycloan Fani attack in Odisha.
I have raised several complain on below dates::
 
1. 13th May 2019 complain ID : 1GSMCXQW
 
2.17th May 2019 complain ID : 1H4H1AUX
3.27th May 2019 complain ID : 1HNLHUXJ
 
Also we have escalated the same on 29th of may 2019, but still
no response from the technicians.
 
I am really fade up with this service. Need your help to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
