Text of Complaint by Anjela Roy:

I’m trying to relocate my Wi-Fi connection since the beginning of December’23 when I shifted to a new place. Even after several complaints connecting their support and trying to relocate almost everyday from their My Jio app, there has been no progress from their side. I’m neither able to work from home nor use the Internet anyhow, whereas I’ve paid for the package of 6 months (November to December ’23). They are not even trying to compensate or at least refund the unused amount that I’ve paid.
