My self PrasaD Nayan Tayade , my jio number 8999558430
I’m not able to redeem my voucher
As per ihave chat on live chat since 7 days as what I have paid 499 voucher I m having inconvinience that I cannot Redeem a vouchour on my jio app even after purchasing a voucher of 499 rupees, its almost seven days I have purchased it enclosing all screen short and Invoice
I want refund as now I know jio cannot provide me a service of my voucher
