I am not able to recharge my Airtel Number through My Airtel app (both from ios and android apps) also I tried using website https://airtel.in. Still, all my recharge are unsuccessful but got deducted from my bank account.
This is happening for past 3 to 4 months from the day I have converted my airtel postpaid to prepaid. If I remember correctly it is from OCT 2018. As per the Airtel service people, I recharged my number for the first time from the service center itself and it was successful. from then onwards, I am not able to recharge of my own by any methods mentioned above.
Complaint through Airtel service center
This is not the first time I am raising the complaint. Every month when I go to airtel service center and raising the complaint. the response I get is from next time I will be able to recharge of my own through airtel web and app services. But not happening.
Complaint through Airtel Customer care 
1st complaint on DEC 2, 2018. The complaint reference number is CPONR31201076173. Response: Will update by 4th Dec 2018. —– Failed toupdate  — Still I am not able to recharge
2nd complaint on DEC 6, 2018. The complaint reference number is CPONR31206210370. Response: Will update by 10th Dec 2018. —– Failed to update  — Still I am not able to recharge
3rd complaint on DEC 10, 2018. The complaint reference number is CPONR31210020512. Response: Will update by 13th Dec 2018. —– Failed to update  — Still I am not able to recharge
4rd complaint on DEC 13, 2018. The complaint reference number is ——————–. Response: Will update by 72hrs. —– Failed to update  — Still I am not able to recharge — This time I have not recived any msg from Airtel
So every time I raise a complaint I am raising it to a supervisor. and the response I get is that “this complaint is escalated tot he backend team”… Not sure what is happening in the back end.
