Since around 25 days I am not able to recharge my mobile no .I am not able to use my mobile as plan validity has already expired .Multiple complaints made to airtel customer care over phone and email but nothing done .As I tried multiple times to recharge my mobile ,everytime transaction failed .For three number transactions ( each Rs. 99 /-) ,my refund is also pending since more than week.Pathetic customer service from Airtel .
