I converted my postpaid number 9840598427 to prepaid during the second week of Jan 2019. Since then I am not able to recharge. I visited Airtel Customer care in person. They told me they would raise a SR and the issue would be resolved with 24 hours which didnt happen. I raised the complaint again by dropping an email to Airtel. This time they told me that the issue (CPONR30124717392) would be resolved by 28-01-2019 at 05:00 PM which again didnt happen. I again emailed them with the screenshot of the error message on Jan 29 2019. This time they told me that they would fix the issue with 72 hours which again didnt happen. They stopped responding to my emails.
