My basic form got rejected because of my thumb impression. I got a message for the same yesterday at 3:43 pm. I am not able to upload the image as the ‘ choose file option is disabled on the official website. I raised a ticket regarding the same as well as mailed on their help portal mail but didn’t received a reply yet.
