I am attempting to pay my postpaid bill of Rs. 139, but I am unable to find the payment option. If I fail to make the payment on time, it may negatively impact my credit score. Unfortunately, their customer care number is non-responsive, and every time I try to contact them, they redirect me to the wrong department. Moreover, they have shifted all customer queries to a malfunctioning chatbot. It seems they are engaging in fraudulent practices by not providing a proper payment option, leaving me feeling exhausted and frustrated. This situation has caused significant stress and anxiety as I worry about the consequences of a damaged credit score on my ability to obtain future loans.
