I am not able to make or receive any call from my airtel mobile. Even i cant call the customer care number (121) and cannot use the airtel app because internet is also not working. So there is no way i can contact airtel support and they have not shared any other customer care number that I can call from a landline or any other phone. I could connect to Airtel App using a WiFi but this app is also of no use because it works like a robot. It asks some pre defined questions and gives a standard solution. But it is not working. There is no way to speak to a human and explain the issue.
After lot of effort i could raise a complaint (31-3777771876094) but that is still open. It has been 5 days and i am not able to use the phone.
I think, the only option i have now to go to Airtel Store and try to resolve this.
