This is Very disappointing and unhappy, Not able to make and receive calls unless my WiFi is on, raised a ticket on Airtel app. On March 23rd and now it’s May 18th nobody contacted me back and resolved this issue, called airtel again on May 9th and they said I will receive a call back in 24 hours and still didn’t received any call or resolution, now, today out of my patience called airtel again n same story, we will be forwarding your call and you will be getting a call, and when I asked it’s been 3 months nobody is fixing this situation or getting back to me and why I am paying for it from last 3 months when I am not getting your services. Due to this pandemic situation, everyone knows the importance of phone these days, it’s really frustrating and when I told the representative name by ‘ SONAM’ if u cannot fix this I want to port out and without any apology she direct said ok will help you with the process and I was on hold and within a minute she disconnected the call, how irresponsible the customer service representative can be, today I got to know, I am paying for something that I not even using, rediculous, I want this issue to be fixed and want to file a complaint against that representative Sonam
