I wish to highlight a recurring issue with Jio Airfiber internet service. Whenever I connect to a VPN, the internet connectivity failing completely. Despite multiple attempts to address the issue, the problem persists. This disruption severely hampers my ability to perform office work. I request your intervention to ensure that jio addresses and resolves this matter promptly.
