I have recharge my Airtel mobile and when I try to download the receipt it says no transactions in the Airtel app. I have reached out to Airtel customer care but they are asking me to use Airtel app only for receipt. I have repeatedly told them app is not working but they are not responding.
There is no other way to download the receipt. I need to submit the receipt for reimbursement in my office before 17March, failing which I will have to bare the cost.
