- I have been using Airtel for few years now, I have ₹38 in my account balance. I don’t use this sim for outgoing very often. Today when I tried to call my friend from this sim, but I couldn’t. I got a message saying your outgoing services has expired, but when I checked my balance there’s still ₹38 in nm account. I also noticed that my incoming calls will expire soon. I don’t know why would my incoming and outgoing calls expire, when I still have balance money. At the time of sim purchase it is mentioned as life time validity then why it is showing as expired now. Really not satisfied with the service providing by Airtel.
