Really very embarrassing and very bad experience with AIRTEL.
After so many follow ups and complaints regarding my father’s Pre-paid mobile no. still we are not able to do International call to Nepal & Bhutan for his business purposes.
No one have to care about from the Airtel either customer care / twitter handle.
Now we have only option to switch to Port and shift other company Services.
