Reuested airtel to change my sim from prepaid to postpaid and also requested 1 new connection of airtel. Did all formality work still received a msz stating verification not completed is the verification man blind? Or not able to chk wether talking to right person? After this incident received a call stating verification will be done once more still received the same msz verification not completed i don’t know how many times it has happened . are they from CBI? What verification they need to do? After this received a call from an agent stating oh mam we will do it by today no further verification thank u n all. Still not happened is this the way to work on really pissed off am i asking for a free connection or u they will be paying through their pocket? Even if i call to customer service they say we cannot do anything so y are they working?
