For the past week, I have been unable to connect to the WiFi as the network does not appear in the list of available networks on any of my devices.
It appears that there is a problem with the router. I have tried all basic troubleshooting steps, including restarting the router and checking all connections, but the issue remains unresolved.
I have contacted Jio customer support multiple times through MyJio app but have not received any proper response or resolution to my problem. Every time I get in touch with someone, they give a different to me to contact which leads to an automated response. The automated machine just tells me to perform all the steps I’ve followed before.
