I have 2 connections of JIO Fiber and chasing JIO Fiber team to close the connection.
I had raise first request to close my account was on August which didn’t happened for a month.
Therefore, raised second request on September still that didn’t happened till 20th Oct.
Now, my advance payment is stuck with JIO that is of 3000 rupees for 2 accounts. I clueless how to get back my hard earned money.
