Text of Complaint by Roshan Singh:

I have purchased Steelseries Arctis 1 wired headphone, my order number is – 407-9397423-6984338, and I’m facing a problem with the mic and I have tried to claim warranty from the manufacturer but they declined and suggested that I should ask from the third party because the purchase has been done through a third party (Amazon).

I have also contacted Amazon customer care many, many times but some says that they cant help me, some says they will initiate the refund procedure, some says that they have generated my ticket against my complaint (6984338), some says Amazon will contact me through mail in few days (as I’m abroad), but none of these helped me claim my warranty. I really hope by sending this mail I might be able to get help.

I really want this problem to be solved because I have been behind this for over a month.
