I bought Dizo neckband in November 2022 and it’s one side stopped working this month 06/2023. It has 1-year warranty. I visited their service center and they say that they are no longer operational for dizo. I tried to call customer care daily multiple times but they dont pick up the call, also no reply on email support. Worst experience dizo has given, worst products and worst service.
