I have purchased an Airtel prepaid plan of Rs 699/- for Mobile services.
In this Plan Amazon Prime services are complimentary but I have not got that services. When I called to Amazon team they asked me for the Entitlement id which gets generated from Airtel, but the Airtel team says that they cannot find the entitlement ID but services are activated.
Both of them are not able to give me any resolution and I am unable to use the services.
