I write this not with instant reaction but after 30 days of heavy failure and agony from Airtel. I have a corporate connection. I wish to change it to ESIM. At the time of registering, Airtel people registered email ID with one spelling wrong. It took 25 days just to change the email ID with correct spelling. Now, even after 10 days , the email ID change is still not reflected in the system, though when I call, they say that the email ID has been updated correctly.
