I have been trying to change my D2H plan for last one week.
I visited D2h website and selected my plan. Once I do this I get a pop up saying the team will get in touch. However, nobody bothers to call back or resolve my issue. I have requested a call back more than 10 times now.
Initially I tried calling their customer care number and ever time it gets self disconnected after waiting for several hours.
They are trying to frustrate the customer so that they continue with the existing plan and fill their pockets.
This is very painful as my D2h service is disconnected for last 4days.
Need a resolution and apology for this behaviour
