I have ordered the mattress from flipcart on November 3rd 2021 OD223281796253121000. while ordering it I didn’t checked the information about the cancellation of the product can be done within 24 hours only. Because it is mentioned at the last in the product specification section. When I checked the delivery date of my product it shows December 1 2021. As it was taking almost a month to get the product I went to cancel the product as I needed it within 10 days or even early. But while cancelling the order on Nov 5th 2021 it shows I won’t be able to cancel it as it is already exceeded the 24 hrs of cancellation time I contacted customer care and they also told they can’t cancel the order as per the cancellation policy. But they told that I can reject the product during the delivery and even they told that they will try to arrange the call with seller directly to address my issue but till now nothing happened.
I have called again the flipkart customer care on November 7 2021 they are telling that the order can’t be cancelled and they can’t help anything else to cancel it.
Please help me to resolve my issue here.
Customer should be given the option to cancel his order if he is not happy with the product anymore until the product delivery date.
If the flipcart is not able to help the customer then whose responsibility is to help me to cancel the order.
