I took one insurance policy online from Aditya Birla on 31-Mar-2022 but I was not interested in going forward with the policy so I decided to cancel the policy immediately under the free look up time. I contacted customer care they told me to visit office but when I visited office they informed me that there is no connectivity and office renovation work is in progress so no work will be done here. I am not able to cancel my policy via any source and free look up time is of for only 30 days out of which 14 days are already passed. So just wanted to inform either cancel this policy asap otherwise I will not be responsible for any loss if free look up time gets elapsed.
