I have airtel prepaid number in the past 5 months, I am unable to call on special numbers. even I have the sufficient balance in on my number. when I call on the special number they said this is a chargeable call for more details regarding special number please visit airtel.in.
many times I raise a complaint in airtel customer care but they are not able to solve my issue.
