I am facing this problem from last 3 days after new recharge I am not able to call any number even customer care also not possible. 3 times I have complained from another jio number they are not giving any solution they only saying eject the sim and switch off and switch on the phone,(even I have done all this work) not any proper solution , I am asking give any solution otherwise refunded my money. they are simply drop the call.
Wrost service.
