Good day.

Will appreciate if you can go through the mail before sending revert to customer.

I made it very clear that none of your customer care nor complaint no converse in English or Tamil .
When u service south India how come you do a blanket language as hindi ???

Please go through my mail .
I have requested for amount retrieve which been done to wrong number.

Good day concerned.

With regard to the trail mail .I would.like to bring in to your notice that I’m Airtel customer who called up your 121 customer care and 198 to raise a request to find the solution for the error I commited by recharging the wrong number.
I learnt from an website that the recharge is from same Airtel service with the transaction I’d corrective measure can be taken.
But regret to Inform you I reside at Chennai and I know only English and Tamil how can a corporate which is service provider can give a blanket approval irrespective of region  to converse only in Hindi???
Then why u people provide service to south people.
I don’t know whether my error gets rectified or not but I strongly demand an explanation why Inspite giving service to south people all your customer service converse only in Hindi???
And.look at the trail mail.-Ridiculous.

I wrote a mail to given mail I’d as I felt it’s useless to call your phone service unless and until I become Hindi Pandit.
Do u really mean a customer service or it’s a template or.robo which just replays automatically.

I wrote a clear mail stating i cldnt converse as it never assit with English or Tam even for which couple of Nodal officer just replied stating they want complaint No.

Agree and appreciate your process!
But is it for the procees or for customer ??

I still kept in dark – can I get an proper revert from an empathetical customer care pls
